I build growth systems. Then I run the companies that use them.
Six years installing the engine for founder-led companies, $11.5M+ generated. Then I built my own on the same playbook, including the telehealth and peptide brand I run today.

I don't just advise on growth. I run companies.
The fastest way to judge whether someone can build your business is to look at whether they have built their own. These are mine.
Brand, storefront, funnel, acquisition, and content system. I built the growth engine and the product surface, and I operate it. Regulatory constraint shaped every decision along the way, from what a product page is allowed to claim to which ad copy clears legal review before it runs.
A full-stack growth firm for founder-led companies. Not a channel shop and not an advisory: the same team writes the offer, builds the software, buys the media, and reports the numbers. That's the point, because growth problems rarely sit inside one discipline. I stay accountable for the outcome on every engagement.
Most AI tells you what to do. Frosty actually does it. A task goes in from Slack or the app, Frosty writes a visible plan, executes it through the tools a team already uses, and posts the finished result back for approval. Recaps calls, triages inboxes, drafts follow-ups, and runs on a schedule when the work is recurring.
$11.5M+ generated. Six years of engagements.
Every one of these started without a real growth system. Every one ended up with one, built and documented and owned by their team.
A multi-vendor marketplace for heavy equipment rental, built for a client rather than owned. Listings, quoting, deposits, e-signature, and an order state machine, architected so it opens to additional vendors once the first operator is transacting.
Taking a heavy equipment rental business from a brochure site to transacting online: equipment listings, quote capture, deposits held against signed agreements, and an order pipeline the owner approves before it charges. Built once, so the same product becomes the marketplace above without being developed twice.
Engaged with no growth infrastructure in place. Installed the complete system: lead generation, sales process, funnel architecture, CRM pipeline, and a live KPI warehouse that the team runs its weekly decisions against.
Started at zero. No growth system, no lead flow, no sales process. Built the entire engine from scratch: offer positioning, acquisition, sales process, CRM, and KPI reporting. Also built the company's application, so the engagement covered the product itself and the system that sold it. Stepped back in mid-2026 to focus on my own ventures.
Built the initial growth and revenue systems from limited existing infrastructure. Funnel strategy, CRM workflows, campaign execution, and lead-to-close conversion systems.
A two and a half year partnership building growth infrastructure from scratch for a consulting business with no existing systems. Webinar funnels, book-a-call funnels, email automation, and full launch systems.
Scaled a coaching business from 15 to 189 clients in 11 months during COVID. Built acquisition, fulfillment, and client experience systems that absorbed 12× growth without the quality crash that usually comes with it.
One team. The whole stack.
From shipping software to buying media. Every capability below is running in production on a business I own or operate, not just listed on a services page.
What a fractional growth lead actually does.
